烹調方法 :
1) 焗爐 : 無需解凍，預熱至220℃(425℉)，烤焗約15分鐘。將帶子反轉後再烤焗15分鐘即可。
2) 半煎炸 : 無需解凍，於平底鍋內加油，油量建議最少浸過半件帶子。將油加熱至沸騰，煎炸帶子約1分鐘，將帶子反轉後再煎炸約1分鐘。熄火後用餘溫煎炸約5分鐘至熟透即可。期間可翻拌帶子以達至均勻受熱。
3) 燒烤 : 請於包裝內先解凍，預熱烤爐至中大火。可先放置錫紙於烤盤或烤網上，加適量油後再放上帶子。蓋好爐蓋烤約12-15分鐘即可。期間可翻拌帶子以達至均勻受熱。
